Domestic Relations Matters A large part of our practice is dedicated to helping clients resolve various domestic relations matters. Our services in this area include, but are not limited to: contested and uncontested divorces, dissolutions, legal separations, separation agreements, custody problems, shared parenting, modification and collection of both child support and alimony, visitation, grandparents visitation, enforcement of orders, premarital agreements, qualified domestic relations orders (aka "QDRO" - these documents are used to divide retirement accounts), adoptions, and paternity actions. Mr. Kemp is Board Certified in family law by the Ohio State Bar Association, he is a Certified Fellow and past President of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers - Ohio Chapter and a member of the Family Law Committee of both the Columbus and Ohio State Bar Associations. Ms. Kemp is also an OSBA Board Certified Specialist in family law and a Fellow in the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers. She is a member of the Family Law Committee of the Columbus Bar Association (Chairperson 2000-2002) and a member of the Ohio State Bar Association; former member of the Columbus Bar Association Judiciary Committee; and a current member of American Bar Association.
