“I represent people who have been hurt by others, whether they have been subjected to medical malpractice, nursing home neglect, or were injured in a car accident. It is a responsibility I do not take lightly.”
Matthew practices in a range of areas, however he focuses his practice on personal injury, probate, estate planning, and Medicare planning. He takes pride in finding solutions to his client’s problems both big and small.
Matthew entered the legal field because he wanted a career that would be challenging, rewarding, and different every day. He enjoys thinking critically and finding creative solutions to his client’s most difficult legal problems.
In his personal injury cases, Matthew seeks to help his clients recover to the greatest extent possible after suffering injury. Sometimes that recovery comes in the form of money, but it is often emotional as well. Matthew will go above and beyond to achieve the best results for his clients. He is always upfront about costs and benefits prior to proceeding with any legal action.
Additionally, Matthew counsels clients on how to best protect their assets and ensure that their assets are properly distributed after death. Whether his clients need a simple Will, Trust, Special Needs Trust, or Medicare Trust, Matthew can assist.
