Career Highlights
Mr. Rowe is Partner in charge of probate litigation, wrongful death litigation, small business advice and litigation, and is the head of the firm's estate planning and estate administration area. Mr. Rowe has been counsel in several personal injury cases where our Client's recovery was in excess of one million dollars. Mr. Rowe has argued and won three cases before the Ohio Supreme Court.

Practice Areas
Probate Administration, Probate Litigation and Estate planning: Representation of families in need of probate administration. His work in this area includes a wide range of litigation which stems from the complex financial and family dynamics presented by the death of a loved one. He also enjoys assisting in the development of family estate plans.
Personal Injury and Wrongful Death: Mr. Rowe has worked with those who are injured or have lost a loved one through the negligence of others, from the beginning of his practice in 1974.
Small Business: Mr. Rowe has enjoyed working with the small business owner in a wide range of matters including contract litigation, collection matters, review of contracts, business succession planning, corporate formation, and related business planning advice.
Mr. Rowe has been assisted by Mrs. Suzette Doak since 1985. Mrs. Doak is a graduate of Weirton High School in Weirton, West Virginia. Following High School, Mrs. Doak graduated from Bradford Business School with honors in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania in 1980.
