Many times, whether or not we can serve our clients, depends on our availability and affordability. Should the potential client desire to retain our services after the initial consultation, fees depend upon the subject matter, the time spent, the complexity of the problem, the skill required and similar factors.

Fees are fully discussed in the initial conference and you will have reasonable knowledge as to the fee structure prior to the commencement of work. We do require a fee retainer and a deposit for costs before beginning non-contingent fee work. Fees and costs billed are listed on itemized statements that are sent on a monthly basis. Contingent fee agreements are available in such cases as collections, personal injury, wrongful death, or professional malpractice.
