Kemp, Schaeffer & Rowe Co., L.P.A.  began on the west side of Columbus in 1977 by Harold R. Kemp, Michael N. Schaeffer and Steven D. Rowe.  In 2001, Jacqueline L. Kemp became a principal with the firm. Richard G. Murray, II and Erica A. Probst were added as principals in 2010.  In addition to the named principals, our firm maintains an associate attorney staff to assist with our clients legal needs.
